The Pepper Jack Cafe, is located in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Ross the boss opened it originally as a restaurant in 2001 but it was soon fused into a club and concert venue as well with the help of me(Ken).
We are well known to people who love quality live music in Hamilton as well those who prefer something off the beaten path.
Most our vegetables and meat are bought from the downtown Hamilton Farmers' Market every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
We make our own sauces, using the ingredients from the farmers' market.
Open for lunch Monday-Thursday, 11:30(ish)-2ish, Friday: All day, 11:30-late. Saturday: 5pm(ish)-late. Sundays: Closed!
There is a different show or event most nights between Monday and Saturday.
